Laughter is the best medicine, indeed!

Jay Krieger explains how and why laughter is the best medicine, indeed.

Note: After this vLog was made, Jay learned that apparently humans are NOT the only species that laugh -- look at Wiki's Laughter

Ha ha ha ha! CHAMP VLOG!!! Ha ha ha ha! I think that last joke earned me a few minutes on a rowing machine!

But your first joke was not funny. (wink) As a blond, I must tell you that. ;)

Now I know why John Lestina (ABC) is so fit-looking! His abs really get a work out!

Very true!! I always felt wonderful after a good laugh! But one thing I disagree is the tickling method...only a short minute is fine, but to go overboard, that's true torture! My older brother used to torture me til I cry out, "STOP!". But he would keep going til I cry with real tears! Believe it or not, it used to be a methodical way of torturing people in the old days. Read on...

As public humiliation, tickling would be an effective torture. In addition, a person being tickled and laughing, cannot eat, drink, or sleep, meaning death by exhaustion if not by respiratory arrest, which is theoretically possible.

....Another example of tickle torture was used in Ancient Rome, where a person’s feet are dipped in a salt solution, and a goat is brought in to lick the solution off. This type of tickle torture would only start as tickling, and in the end wind up being extremely painful.

Another form of tickle torture is between siblings, lovers, and friends. In this scenario, one or more people gang up on one victim, proceed to hold down that person and tickle them to the point of helpless laughter. They will focus on tickling sensitive areas, like the soles of the bare feet and underarms. In this environment, however, the tickling perhaps last for no more than a few minutes and, should a person actually begin experiencing severe pain or discomfort the tickling would either be stopped by the initiators or another party (such as a parent) would step in.
Got this info from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tickle_torture...if you want to read more about this...

Hey, anyone want a tickle? I don't, lol! :-)

Laughter is awesome...saves me from ab crunches. Tickling is the worst - my brother would tickle me until I peed my pants! (in front of boys)
